Caroline Taylor joined the Impact team in January 2012. Caroline’s amazing organizational and research skills make her an excellent manager of marketing communications and multimedia projects, keeping production tasks on time and team members on schedule.
Before joining our staff, Caroline worked for twenty years in operations and project management in the advertising/PR industry. During that time she was a frequent client of Impact Communications. She excels at schedule and budget administration, web content management and day-to-day client relations. Having worked in various capacities, from graphics production and account service to media planning and agency operations, Caroline is also an experienced content/copy editor with a discerning eye for design as well as textual content.
Caroline graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor of Music degree.
