Our Process

Impact Communications led pre-production content development, creating videos and speaker support presentations in advance of the conference. Our team also cast an actor as an on-camera “man-on-the-street” reporter, to host daily documentation of the event for participants viewing the conference on the web. We handled all scripting for the host-led videos. Impact managed all staging and audiovisual production, leading a team of video technicians, graphics operators, and producers. We also created an event strategy to maximize communications to the attendees.
