Impact Communications has received a Gold CINDY award in the recent INTERNATIONAL CINDY competition. CINDY awards are presented to those individuals and groups who have produced programming that achieves the highest levels of excellence in production value and message effectiveness.
For this year’s regional and international events, over 8,200 entries from around the world were judged covering 160+ subject-matter categories of media. Programs included websites, videos, mobile apps, podcasts, webinars, films, commercials, documentaries, music videos and more.
Impact Communications, based in Cleveland, Ohio won the award for “The Rolling Stones: 50 Years of Satisfaction.” Impact partnered with their client, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum to create three iPad apps as part of a larger Rolling Stones exhibit.
The kiosks invite visitors to explore the Stones’ early musical influences, follow the evolution of the Jagger-Richards songwriting formula and discover how the band incorporates elements from other musical genres to continue making their original music relevant to both new and longstanding fans.
The exhibit speaks to the strong partnership between Impact and the Rock Hall. It stands as the 12th project that Impact has completed for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Since 1959, the CINDY Awards have been honoring interactive and linear media for both broadcast and non-broadcast applications.
